Quick question: A 1.2 1990 H reg Nova, is it a MK1 or Mk2?

could be either, you should be able to tell from the front head lights.
if it is a mk 2 then the front grill will carry on along the bottom on the headlights.
if its a mk 1 then the grill will stop by the side of the headlight.

yeah 1990 should be mk1...
Headlights are narrower on mk2.
Also the dash was different too wasn't it?

easy way to spodt a face lifted mk1


the headlining mk1 has the pinprick type
mk2 is much flatter
watch out for this at billing

sorry, just remembered, if its 1990 then it would be a mk1 cause they started making mk2's half way through 1991

i've seen loads of mk2 Hreg novas
they swapped during 1990
