Door speakers

I have bought some 5 1/4" speakers that i plan to put in my doors. Baring in mind i have wind up windows where is the best place for them??Cheers

I would say make some pods for them at the bottom of the doors, near the pocket?

yeah if your most worried about the speakers interferring with your window and want to have them on the doors use some speaker pods available form any audio shop.

you can cut holes in your door cards for them, but under the fitted window as low as possible, you might need to remove your door pockets!

If you look at the position of mine, they were originally fitted when i had wind up windows, however, i couldnt fit the grills on them, you will prob have to fit without grills. you can see where i've just cut a small piece from the pocket to get them lower.
