Fuel Pump?

Right,Im after my 1.2 goin quicker,I got me K&N and biger jets,and am looking for a 1.3 cam cheap,does anyone know if the fuel pump from a 1.3 would help the car perform better?-Im also looking for a budget backbox to give the car a bit of a grunt sound,and also to fill up the gte flick,any help would be great thanx,especially if theres any other small things I can do to the 1.2 engine to make it a bit quicker...

Fuel pump wont make any diff. They all pump at around 6psi. Even if it pumped higher, you only need about 2 psi for your carb. Just adding more fuel doesnt give more performance. I have got a weber 36 (brand new) to fit on the 1.2 which will make a difference if youi are interested.

Im tempted on the weber,but I just bought a K&N for the standard carb,and dont I need an inlet manifold for the carb>?-how much u looking for it anyways?

Its designed as a direst replacement, so it will fit your manifold and filter. I`ll let u know a price 2morrow.

?50 for the carb, and it is immaculate, only done a months driving. Apparently it has a larger choke than the standard 1b1 carb so you do get a noticeable change in performance.

1B1 venturi size is only 23mm on the 1.2, so YES, 36mm is slightly bigger :D

Yes, it does, it came off my mates motor and he was using standard filter housing. It has a ring that adapts it to fit.
