Slam panels

Do you know if slam panels (the bit where the VIN plate is) are the same on MK1's as they are on MK2's and how much one is likely to cost new ?

go to www.dixonsvauxhallspares.co.uk they got mk1 and mk2 there. sameish price i think

the vin tags and simmiler are slightly diffrent on the early ones
and the turbo d has a huge hole behind the nearside headlight for the air induction

the mk2 ones had a resess for the vin tag (not the coloured one) and late j /kl had a black vin plate
td also have an extra stenght bar
