MOT failure?

Rust in front beam under headlight, mot failure or what? can only see it from under front wing, wondering whether to risk it and hope the mot demon has plenty to drink over christmas;)

Depends how bad it is...

May not be a fail if its further than 30cm away from a structural points, altho the inner wings are quite structural... Lol

30cm with in torsion bars. So yeah failure.
