silk violet is a nice colour but it aint rare, there is always loads of them for sale, silver seems to be a bit more hard to come by?

I agree that star silver is the rarest colour for a GSi, only ever seen two GSi's that colour in the flesh. Silk violet can be found on 1.2's, TD's etc so hardly rare.

Thats the correct colour name, but no it wasnt. Some Luxe type models & some other late plate cars were available in Satin Red, which is the same colour as the Cav turbo's.

Wish there was a Star Silver SRi. That wouldve looked cool with the lower body vinyl & grey bumpers etc.

IMO its only the SPORT & Sola that deserve to be called rare or have any price premium slapped on them.
