exactly....picked up kit today for me mates nova, and was near jamiegsi's but the shell etc that i wanted was already sold :(

Yeh but i'm sure he's changed the shell hasn't he ( from what i'v read and heard ) to a corsa shell with plumed in fire extigisher etc, just wondering what his new shell looks like

yeah he has a corsa now, 400 hours of labour has been spent on it iirc and hes aiming for 400+ bhp ;)

the shells got the mount welded in for the 6-speed box...
so if you plan not to run an f28 on the engine that goes in it, then it'll need a normal nova bracket welding it:thumb:

aswell as the F28 mount sorting, it will also want the front panel sorting out and dent removing from the n/s/r quarter panel.

dunno about the quarter but when I saw it there was a dent there. Sorry not the front panel but the slam panel has been rough assed cut not leaving a lot there. Not what I would call a 'mint' shell, and a little over priced too IMO

From what i know he's had the work done at pro tune in stafford. I saw the engine a couple of weeks ago. Has it been done or has he taken the engine elsewhere:confused:

its just stuff hes been saying on cruisederby.co.uk about his shell - was also down at JNC the other talking to phil who said he's being very secretive (sp) think there was a little bit of rivalvary last year !!

although from what i understand jamie is more of a track person

Jamies Nova ran a 13.1 at Pod this year and i got plenty of pics, ill post them up soon. Not sure on his plans at min as last time i spoke to him he werent sure on whether to continue Corsa project or to sell and buy something else.

Lol, from the pics i've seen of his corsa, its not at all girly, rollcage welded to everywhere etc, Lol.

yeah its a fully rally shell or something with like a 100 point cage in lol, Its not 4wd but that was his plans to start with. Think he had a change of plans though. Plus novas are for chavs.
