The Cav discs and callipers just bolt straight on, no major issues with these, although you can't use GTE/GSI 3-spoke alloys as they foul the calliper.

straight fit mate , just remove wheel, clamp hose, undo hose ,remove 2 10mm allen head bolts from back of caliper , remove caliper , remove discs ,

refiting is the reverse of removal lol :thumb: just dont forget to bleed the brakes

Whilst you're there, change the brake fluid for higher grade stuff. Makes a difference.

I only got a proper look at the calipers i was gettin and they seem to be shaged and cos i already have the disc and pads is there anywer i can get a new set of calipers to suit ? Or maybe even an upgrade that will suit the disc but i want them to be a straight fit ?

What seemes to be the problem with the calipers that you have? They can be reconditioned easily and cheaply enough, unless the casting has split.

Only other thing you'll have to do is bend (or remove) the brake disc sheilds as they will catch the new bigger discs, 2 second job !!

I'd get some braided lines aswell while you're at it and make sure the drums are correctly adjusted so there's less play in the pedal.
