oh...need the 0-60/mph on f16 and f20 boxes....cheers
XE performances can vary wildly mate, not least when you consider the condition of the engine , mileage, how well it has been converted etc. Also the ambient conditions such as wet roads or poor surfaces can alter your 0-60. Standard power (bhp) output of a C20XE is between 147bhp @ 6000rpm (mk 3 Astra etc) and 153 bhp @ 6000rpm (mk 2 Astra Champion). The torque figures can vary from standard between 144 LBF.FT and 150 LBF.FT both at 4800rpm. Bear in mind these engines are around 14+ years old now and probably won't make these sorts of figures though. The top speed won't be great as the Nova is as aerodynamic as a housebrick, and 0-60 figures don't really explain enough about how they drive as its not the ideal amount of weight over the front wheels to put the power down. C20XE Novas really excel in the 30-70mph etc department when traction is not as much of an issue. As you are combining a light kurb weight with reasonable power, your point to point speed will be very good (especially as you can hold speed in corners).
so will novaload get a reference in the presentation.......
