1.4 SRi engine runnin external fuel pump

im on fittin a 1.4 Sri engine to my nova after the C16XE died on me now im just wounderin if it would be ok to run the Sri lump on the external fuel pump (calibra pump)

Why are you fitting a 1.4 8v tho? A bit of a downgrade....

bcoz the engine im gettin is fully rebuilt and its for insurance purposes not only that it seems to much work to put a C20XE in especially when unemployed :)
