my drivers side rear wheel rubs on the arch and someone told me that u can get the drums skimmed down.
ne one done this and is it advisable to do it?
ohh the arches have been rolled.

fold or grind the arches, drum skimming and wheel machining is a last resort

I have rover off set wheels on my car
The arches wetre rolled and it still rubbed.
I took the hubs off and took em into school and the tech technition skimmed sum off em and now they dont rub at all.
all i would say is make sure there done properly

If you skim the drums, make sure the wheel bolts don`t rip the shoes etc out!!

i aint gonna do it me self i was gonna get a bodyshop/ garage to do it.
u reckon that this would be ok? i dont wanna b left with some fucked drums @ the rear!
cheers for any help as the arches are rolled as much as possible and the scrubbing is doing me head in!

i skimmed mine at work do not go more than 3mm becaucse it can crack under pressure mine did when i took 5mm off it if u live near stoke i can tell u were can do it
