webber 45's to Throttle bodies

iv got my hands on 3 cheap webber 45's which i want to make into the throttle bodies,

iv got a manifold with injector holes,

surely its not as simple as making an TPS and holder and linkage,
wont i have to remove things from the carbs and block holes up ect: ?

Why not clean up and over haul the 45's, flog em and buy some proper bodies? What are 45's going for on ebay these days?

1 45 is going for about ?200 now, a 32mm throttle body is about ?450 lol but they are painted a nice red colour :p

i belive the carbs can go on as is, jsut no fuel supply.

Im sure a google would turn something up as lots of people bastarised carbs to make home brew TB setups before jenveys became more affordable.

no im not, the local engine place is lol iv given up playing kinda lol

yes i did complete the engine, but someone offered me a swap for the engine in std form and the inlet for the bmw lol
