bonnet raisers

does anybody know if bonnet raisers will fit, asin the ford ones (1 inch thick metal block) or could i just make a block to fit between the hinge and bonnet :thumb:

answered your own question there...

will need to use a block drilled for the nova, with longer bolts to match

but why would you want to do it unless your running a maga tuned engine that gets really hot....

they dont look cool tbh

my view of things i guess....

think they look nice on fords...rs turbos etc

so just think going to make some for nova project which is soon to be started! :)

RS-t's have raised bonnents to let hot air out.. its not a styling thing, more a functional thing on them

yer i know loads or people who have them on there ka's, 1.3 escort mk4's etc cant tell me to let out the hot air for a 1.3ovh!! and they look the bollox
