I used a bearing puller and a socket to pull mine out, took abot 60 secs to pop em out. Once they're out its dead simple!

what happens if you dont have a bearing puller?

Cut them out.

Then fit the new ones in a vice, use a bit of washing-up liquid to help them slide in.

ive written a bush changing guide... its located on the PVG mechanical articles section.

rally design are well priced for bushes. as are deflex.

Bro Preseli????? Thats close to my stomping ground!!!!

I found www.raldes.co.uk (http://www.raldes.co.uk) to be the cheapest.
As said before, cut one of the bush shoulders off with a stanley knife and then drive the old bush out with a hammer and a 1/2inch socket extention.
Then press the new one in with a G-clamp or a vice.

If you do use Rally Design(raldes). Check that the steel inserts for the new bushes are the right lenght, because i found that the ones i got were 8mm to long??? But nothing that a hacksaw weilding wierdo couldn't sort out!!!!

Deflex bushes are great, although I wouldn't order from them at present. Think they may have gone bust...
