You can buy them from Cool Louvres, or buy the vents stamped on a plate then weld them into were ever you want, would be a body shop job tho.

ok just been on cool louvers and they look smart but are they purley for looks or do they have a performance gain(but there is the inner wing stopping direct airflow)

You could easily add some pipes to direct flow to the breaks if your clever.

To be honest... its not really gonna make a **** bit of difference for your average application...

Cutting the inner wing would make room for rust. I wouldnt do it tbh! :wtf: but i suppose if its painted up with waxoyl then god knows. i dont know about strength etc

not at all.

some people cut the grove/slat things from mercades(sp) sprinter vans and other cars and vans that were made with them.

mine are there just for looks,
well they keep the wiring loom and water pipes cool....lmao

i did think about cutting a hole and running ducting thru to my air filter... but just didnt see the point,
running ducting to the would would aid air cooling..

and mine are cut and welded in ones...all custom here...
