mg metallic anthracite!!!

could anybody tell me if you can buy this in a can? also is it wise to prep and spray it my gsi bumper myself or have it sprayed buy a bodyshop to get the finish i want? ( does it show marks easy ), is it an expensive colour to buy, also is there any other colours similar to this, as i just want my bumper dark but different...cheers:thumb: (post pictures please!)

do you want it shiny or matt? if you want it matt then an airosol would be ideal but if you want it shiny then dont bother with a can!!all colours show prep marks up different silver is crap for showin bad preppin the darker the colour then the best for a non pro-painter/preper.

If you have to ask whether or not you should take it to a bodyshop, you've got your answer. Start getting quotes then lol

If its a standard factory MG colour I can't see it being overly expensive.

just brought me a black gsi bumper with red stripe, so going to prep that and do it that mg metallic anthracitem or rover hurricane grey, just need to see more pics of both realy, may even leave it black to be honest, as i want a blue/red/white mk2 so, should look ok, also how much are they selling for around?

ive painted my gte bumper tday at work ive used left over bits of grey black n blue and it has made a nice metalic grey.

I will get pictures tmora when i paint the rear bumper side skirts and grill!

I have tried to make the grey as close to a KIA colour as i can,Colour code V9 and a seat/vw/skoda grey, Colour code L57U.

yes i would like to see the different colours actaully on the car, as you cant get a better idea of what they are like than that! :D
