what year did vauxhall bring the gsi out cos i thought it was 91 but my mates got a 1990 h reg gsi, so was it 1990 that brought it out and also should the gsi have the white ringed dials like in the mk 2 sr's?

only mk2 sr/sri had white ringed 4 dial clocks (i think the flare or summat had a white ringed speedo on 3 dial clocks)
gsi years is H-L reg
