Light on fuel tank

Hey u lot, how many miles can u get on average when the orange light comes on before you run out?! cheers

mine doesnt come on when it runs out
it comes on for a few secs while u turn ignition on but dont come on when its low

another thing i sticka fiver in my car it goes to between 1/4 and 1/2 but the more i put in tank the less it moves eg

?20 in tank add another ?5 and needle dont move

its only done it scince i swapped my sr clocks for sum sting clocks. its no prob coz im used to it and know how to guage how much is left

well when light comes on i can get 37liters in and tank holds 41 ish so 4 left so about 40miles going slow
