With a heavy right foot and high speeds it'll go through a lot of fuel. Get 80-90 out of it on the flat?

I do about 41 - 44 mpg in my 1.2 carb nova with K&N.

Now and again i put my foot down.

It does need the carb set up properly tho as my last MOT was lucky to pass with the emissions that were coming out.

I've just had my carb set up, but I'm still only getting about 30mpg. That said, most of those miles are me caning it, either stop start on delivery or blatting it around country lanes on cam most of the time!!

Is it a 4 speed box? Mines a 5 speed and struggles on a flattish bit of road to hit the 100 (read off a sat nav and kph of course....!!!)

My 1.4 on webbers can do about 26+30 mpg but that is semi caning/driving really light. Go on yahoo or google type in mpg converter and you should get a n answer out of that:thumb:
