WTF! isn't something like this meant to be in Muppet??? lol tards lol
thats why i say purchased and bring along so as to not confuse the two lol.
I'll say toth...rather then tooth. lol
Don't know why.
DNA (national dislexic assosiation)
Shouldn't National Dyslexia association be NDA?:wtf: I am specialising in working with children with special educational needs and the only dyslexia association that springs to mind is the British Dyslexia Association!
But back to the point, bought/brought is forgivable when there are young people rampantly text typing all over the forum!
I'll say toth...rather then tooth. lol
Don't know why.
Phonetically, you say "tuth". My mum pronounces data as "dahtah" which for some reason really gets my back up lol... but thats pronunciations, not spelling and grammar.
The forum needs a SpellBot which can go round and edit posts... lol
its just like..

That gets up my back.
As a child my mum would never let me speak without pronouncing my T's. And I get so annoyed if people don't pronounce them properly.
E.g....bu-er....(butter) :mad::mad:

LOL, no doubt. it was an excellent spin off of the old 'I used to be dyslexic but im KO now' joke. Made me giggle anyway.
Joking aside, ive got about 3 dyslexic mates and they all have a better grasp on the english language than i do. lol
must say i don't kno which is which any way, and theres nothing wrong with my brain lol
Bought = purchased, as in "I went to town and bought a newspaper"
Brought = taken with, as in "I brought beer to the party"

So if you Brought youre girl friend to a party and she Bought you a beer but you'd all ready Brought your own that you Bought From the shop earler she'd have Bought a beer that didnt need buying?
God thats confused me

There they go again, using words in the wrong context lol and dude, drop the randomly placed capitals. You're like FlUsH SiMOn lol
Yeah, I fcuk up on my posts on occasion but I do like to be part of the 'lets type correctly' brigade on any forum lucky enough to be graced by myself :p:roll:lol
I usually proof read my posts before hitting submit, either with preview or just re-read what I've read in the posting box... lol

Yes, I am!
Razorjack, A for your contextualising of the words 'bought' and 'brought' you get a gold star and can play in the sand pit this morning.
Novalicious GSi, a good effort but you can stay in at break to correct your spellings and look at Jacks work.
L14MNP, thank you for helping another pupil to try and do their work, but please dont call out!!!
(I didnt say I was qualified yet!)
There's an underscore in Novalicious_GSi lol
