C16XE, may consider ecotec, must have low miles (pref lower than 50k) and include loom and most ancillaries.
**Perfect would - to be recently rebuilt, headwork, etc etc.
Or...
Rebulit, high spec 1400 block.
Or even forged pistons etc for this engine to save some money!
Also GSi rear bumper, doesn't matter about colour as long as there are no cut outs and in excellent condition as its to put a number plate recess into.
