Hi all just a n00b question. My brake pipes and flexy hoses where advisory on my MOT. I have bought the flexy hoses. I was just wondering what size copper hose do i need (are they diffrent widths). Is it metric or UNF ends and what size ends do i need. A friend will fit everything but i need to buy the parts and dont really have a clue what to buy :(.. Damn nova 1.2i brakes are cr*P lol.. Any ideas where i can get a GSI MC/Brake Servo from:tard:. Will this improve the braking.
Would something like this be ok. Any help would be most appreciated.

try ringing your local motor factors, the'yll have the right ends in stock, and as for better brakes, get yourself a set of gte / gsi calipers and a couple of refurb kits off ebay. stops really well!

i just got some made last week for my gte, the pipes had rusted on to the drum cylinders, i rang up vauxhall who said they dont stock such items and recommended a privatley owned parts place down the road,
I just took the old ones off and took it along and they basically made some new ones up for me, dont worry bout the dimensions of the pipes or the bolys they sort it as it a standard size they use. But if you wanna double check take one of the brake drum cylinders with you. They might shape them for you but they gave em to me pre-shaped.
only shape them when fitting to car as its really difficut to re-bend it after.
