Another alternator wire post....point it out in the pic

Doing the blue and white battery light wire on the alternator and im a bit puzzled. There is a plug on the back of this alternator and im not sure if the 8mm screw at the top or the one that secures the voltage reg to the alternator is the one in question.

p.s where does the grounding strap bolt to, the engine or the chassis?

Ground is to the other side of the alt mounting bracket on the engine side.

I can't remember off the top of my head the teminal for the battery light, I'll have a look later if someone hasn't beaten me to it.

i found out that the plug/spade terminal is where the battery light wire goes :thumb:
