remove towing hook?

I can buy a Nova with a towing hook. as a nova with a towing hook looks like s**t, i was wondering if it can be easely be removed? maybe this baby is the shell i'm looking for to kick my XE in.

Just cut it off from underneath?

If you dont mind the extra weight why not leave it on and go for sleeper look with poverty spec bumpers/grills etc

It should just un bolt, they usualy just have a bar behind them that bolts to couple of structural parts of the chassis.

i did aswell lol

are there any bolt heads in the boot floor ?? it will be bolted to the chassis somewhere along the line

Yeh there usually bolted onto the chassis legs but some have a removable 'swan neck' setup.

But then youd be left with a huge hole in your bumper.........

Had one on my SR, it was on an 'H' frame i just ground the heads off the bolts, some were through the wheel well - and it fell off :D
