petrol pipes

i made my own petrol pipes out of 10mm copper tube because the old ones were knackered, im just wondering if it would be the cause for it spluttering, eg overfueling and should i have used 8mm copper tube. thanks mike

your pipes should be fine, the problem is elsewhere

Are you sure there wasn't any c4ap in the new lines that has made its way into the jets/injectors? or that disturbing the old lines has had the same effect to them?
