gte window frames

im thinking of buying a set of gte window frames, are these hard to fit and could anyone tell me what i have to do in order to fit them eg. a step by step guide

Have you got a Haynes, there's a pretty good guide on removing the windows in there.

The frames themselves are held in by the windows so no extra work is really needed to fit them, just slot them in place before refitting the windows. You might want to use a little bit of trim tape in the back corner to hold it flat though.
