needing info please

hi there lads i have got a vauxhall nova which i use on the track.
i am looking for some info on a 1.6 engine, i would like to no how far i can bore it out without going to far ,if any one could give me any info on what to do and what i need it would be a graet help.

I dont think many people do bore out the 1.6 as a rebuilt standard one is plenty strong enough for most applications. Personally i've never seen or heard of a 1.6 being bored out to any more then 1650cc which iirc is something like 1.6mm dia. theres a thread on Mig i was reading the other day for the exact size. The nova rally/competition manual should give you a few pointers aswell

Also don't forget you will need larger pistons.
