clutch again!

so i cant get the clutch out.
am i tryin to get the front plate out as well or just the clutch bit behind it?
the metal prong things in the centre of the outer plate seem to be stuck on the metal ring surrounding the input shaft that the release bearing slides along.
pls help

have you put little clips on the clutch to hold it all together and take up the tension from the spring

yep.but i think one has fallen off.
didnt help me get it out when they were all on though
