hi all, just done new head gasket on my 1.4 sr and new bits round the engine, changin the oil in few days wana out the best stuff init, whats the best oil 2 put init in terms of runnin nice and quicker, cheers

10W40 semi synth from vauxhall is fine.

Drain the old oil when its nice and hot.
