Inner arches
Suspension turrets
Boot Floor in the corners
Sills
Front crossmember-Front chassis rails
Rear spring seat-Rear chassis rails

the boot floors rot if the drain holes arnt left unblocked, check chassie legs aswell, also check the wings and doors, and the gutter drains aswell sometimes rot

was on ebay yes, checked everything, its all solid well chuft with it, never missed a beat the whole way home. best thing was it was parked on a hill, nocked the guy down ?50 cause there was next to no oil in and a brake light bulb out, got it to petty station, on the flat the oil was spot on n solved the bulb problem.
i would now like to keep it mint whats best to use and where does it need to be applied?
Very nice buy there mate, if you ever want to sell, pop it round my house,Lol.
It wants putting a nice warm garage, on 4 axle stands, then the underside wiring brushing down to remove all the dirt etc.
Make sure you sort any surface rust etc, as paint/waxoyl over rust will make it rust quicker.
Then the whole underside(sills, chassis rails, boot floor, wheel well, rear chassis legs etc) either painting in black hammerite, or Waxoyl.
I prefer hammerite, as its not as messy and looks better.
