Just saw this GTE on ebay.

Apart from the flushed gate & horrendous attempt at covering up the Irmscher twin headlamps, I think it looks rather nice...

i like it alot aswell, think the twin headlamps/badboy bonnet looks good

Yeh I like it, except for the bonnet and tailgate aswell. I love those twin lights/ grille though... Looks nice and tidy :thumb:

Love the wheels... the badboy bonnet looks a tad gash though, could just be the angle of the pic but it just looks too flat on the front between the headlights.

does no-one like flushed bootlids any more?? I have two of them lol and was going to use one for one of the nova's but tbh I dont think ill bother!!
The car is nice except for the rear number plate and im not too keen on the irmscher front either

everyone to there own... I love flushed tailgates on kitted novas, but the standerd looks good on the "standerd" nova.

Novas just dont wear bad boy bonnets atall IMO.

Astra GTE's & XR2i's no problems. Just looks way crap with the Irmscher lamps which are stunning in my retro opinion.

i have probally done about 1500k since fitting the engine after a re-build

Re flushed tailgates. If you made a Nova from LEGO, it would have a flushed tailgate!
