Part # CS 248 ??

I've got a pair of rear lowering springs for sale, and I've noticed that they've got a label on each, with a part number CS 248

I don't know what brand they are, or even what drop they give, as I bought them in with a bunch of other bits that a lad was clearing out of his garage.

Does anyone recognise this part number?
Any ideas what brand they are?
