Is the fuel pump working?

Are the supply/return lines on the correct part of the fuel rail?
Return goes to the fuel regulator.

The regulator is at the end of the fuel rail (ie. on the outlet).
It sounds like you do have the pipes on the wrong way...

feed is on the passager side of the rail while the return is on the drivers side where the regulator is.

Im sure the fittings are a different size on the inlet/outlet anyway!

Have u tried podging the bleed valve on the rail?? may have an airlock

Yep, return goes on the end of the regulator side.
As it regulates how much fuel returns to the tank.

It actually regulates the pressure in the fuel rail by restricting the flow of fuel back to the tank, kinda like putting your thumb over a hosepipe!
