what else can i do to my arch's to stop all the frickn scrubage, its currently on 17's lowerd -60mm and i only have the lip's rolled,

cut them off and weld up the 2 skins

Arch modifications to prevent tyre scrubbage is a technical question !

Try and get a bodyshop to roll the complete arch out as far as poss (1/2 to 1inch).
