Yes, but your inlet ports wont match up with the head.
And it will effect compression.

it will drop your compression ratio.... good for turbo charging though ;)
dropping the compression ratio loses you power (in N/a tuning)...

You'll probably gain hardly anything, as the inlet is still a big restriction with its tiny ports.
The 1.2i cam is also ****e and a another big restriction.

Fit a 1.4SR cam, 4branch manifold and full exhaust(with de-cat)
that should see about 60bhp.

The bore sizes are also different, so you'll have a big combustion chamber, but a small sized piston/bore.
I'd stick with the 1200 spi head, and save your money for a better engine in the future.
