1.4 con rods onto 1.3 block?

Have been offered some balanced con rods with arp bolts from a 1.4NV but will they fit/work on a 1.3 block.

No point unless the bottom end bits have been balanced separately. Just buy some ARP bolts if thats what your worried about. You will have to remove your old pistons and fit them to the new rods which will cost you, esp is you knacker a piston doing it.
