hey a manifold off a mrk 2 astra is the same coz we use the mk3 engine with the mk2 manifold so see if u find any mk2's and hey presto there's your manifold

so one from a 1600 mk2? will the exhaust ports be the same for all the small blocks?

Dont see a mk2 astra one fitting tbh, different exhaust system, Cat etc.

Sportex do a 4-1 for mk3 astras iirc.

You could fit a nova 4branch, but would then need your astra exhaust modding to fit..

Nova four branch or similar wil not fit if your astra has pas. I tried to mod one onto my mk 3 1.4mpi. Think i also had trouble with it hitting the o/s eng mount too. May be worth giving a specialist like powerflow a call, might still be cheaper than the lexmaul item.............

Tbh you'll only see a gain from changing the manifold on a 16se if you've had a lot of work done to the head and a lumpy cam.
