not sure tbh. i know you cant leave rep for the same post twice, and you can't love someone up immediately, but dunno about the time restriction. Thats "built in" and not changeable i think.

You need to 'spread the love around' more before giving it to someone again - i.e. give other people reputation points. Dunno how many it is, although I'm sure I've given someone rep twice now, can't remember who tho. I'm just too generous with my rep lol
