ISO are CD Images I think. You'll need to use Nero or Easy CD Creator etc to open it with, and burn to a CD to read the contents, or a CD drive emulator like Daemon.

Any CD recording program can/should be able use it.

Just open cd burning program.
Click something like File>Open.

Then find the .ISO file

And you should then beable burn it.

Then you can run/install the program from the disc you made.

Or you can use this (http://www.magiciso.com/tutorials/miso-magicdisc-overview.htm) to open it without burning the images. It's a usefull and free little tool.

http://www.isobuster.com/ will open to ISO file so you can then extract it etc etc...

But most decent burning programs will burn it, Nero (www.Nero.com / www.ahead.de) definately does.
Burn as Long live the Nova said..

Its quite simple. :p

Download ISO buster, or the program Bump suggested.

Open the program, use it to open the ISO file, then copy/paste the files onto your desktop/folder.

and what is the point of wasting a cd when you can do it all straight from your pc?

Well, for what a blank cd/dvd costs you might as well get a copy of the program on a disc, incase your pc funks up.

Do you know how much blank media is....?
Less than 10p per disc...hardly mega money is it?

And as said, its better to have it on cd incase you need to format etc..

Well in that case then:

1. Download, install and run this : Daemon Tools ~ 1.4mb exe file (http://download.yousendit.com/5A7FBC0165CB66EE)
It will install a virtual cd/dvd rom drive on your computer.
2. Right click on the red (i think) icon in the system tray (by clock) and goto 'Virtual cd/dvd rom > Device 0: No Media > Mount Image.
3. Select the iso file and click open
4. Then windows might throw up and pop-up window asking what you want to do. If not, go into My Computer and install from the new cd/dvd rom drive..
