nova GTE 1.8???

was speaking to a lad today who said he used to own a special edition GTE 1.8 8v. apparently they only came in blue. ive never heard of a standard 1.8 nova, is he telling the truth or is it a load of crap??

They didnt come out the factory with engine, will have been added afterwards. Sounds like he' letting his ar*e to most of the talking. All GTE's came with 1.6 8v's.

They were rare, only ever one made but wasnt made in Norwich but Belfast!

yea init no factory 1.8 gte's. my mate did have a 1.8 8v nova gte, but that had a engine taken out of a mk1 astra gte put in.
