MK2 Dash in MK1

Lads\Laydeez,
I is planning to stick a mk2 dash in my 1990 1.4sr. As far as i know its straight forward. I'm sure sum of u peeps av dunnit so wot problems should I look out for and what r the solutions??? Any help appreciated... Thanx in advance!!

just get all the parts that you need, all plastics, heater cables, wiring, etc
p.s. mk1 clocks will fit in the mk2 dash

What exactly do I need, I have a complete mk2 dash with clocks and fuse box with wiring!

R there any additional pipes aor anything involved for the heater ducts as they are positioned differently?

what you dont do is what i did.

buy 2 dashboards form a scrappy closing down for ?10

then try and fit em and find that u need the heater box plastics, the gloveboxs, the parcel shelfs, the black plastics and genrally most ov the dashboard


i wansnt think striagt as i was stressed, coz the green machine was playing up and bought 2 dashboard shells with fack all on them!.
