Update on the GTE rep.

Well guys, few people mentioned i should fit the GTE decals, just to lift the colour of the car. (Graig G etc) I've also fitted some new vaux mudflaps, and changed the bumper strip to silver. Also the rear wiper arm is back to the std one.

I think it looks much better now, you'd be hard pushed to tell the differance without popping the bonnet, but thats not what its about, its just a mint nova done to a higher spec so its nicer to drive and nicer to look at.

Yeah guys, fuel gauge is gone and the speedo cable snapped last week. The fuel gauge settles down to normal after about 4 minutes tho, very strange!!

Its still got the 1.4, i'm not stupid enough to remove a 1.4 sr engine with 9k on it for a smokey 100k GTE engine. With the webber carb it put out 90bhp on two rollers now, and go's very well, so i'm happy with it :)

Its not close, can get my finger between the arch and the wheel, so should be okay! Main reason i dont want bigger wheels is because i dont want to have to cut the arches!
