xe on carbs

anyone know whats needed from the old wiring etc to run an xe on 45s 0r 50s? mates puttin one in a kadette and has got loom but no ecu, will he need one to run anything else? any help will be appreciated. stuart

dizzy and coil setup from a 1.6 cav.

wouldnt bother with 50's, way too expensive for a start

45s are what you want really if its a near enough standard engine. Only wiring is the what stu said, 1.6 carb dizzy set up if on a budget. Then the back wiring which will be on the car.

i've got a 1.6 cav dizzy, amplifier, coil and wiring if your mate needs one?
