iv got a 2lt 16v xe dizzyless engine in my nova its hade polish ported head high lift cams power cap etc done need some help with throttle bodies. im not really sure what to buy.

iv been told you can fit bike throttle bodies can any one give me some good advive on what to use and how much its going to cost, how easy to set up and what sort of management i will need to run it.

to be honest bike TB's or normal jenvey TB's will have similar costs... so the saving isnt there as such.

DTA is good management. but ideally you want to go to the RR that you want to set it all up and find out what type of management they prefer to use...

+ pissing about with an inlet from bogg bros, messing about with linkages, messing about getting them setup, messing about with fuel fittings etc....

actual financial cost isnt everything you know ;)

Pretty much whatever you go for, you'll end up with jenveys anyway lol

I run QED's, never run anything else so i cant comment on wether anything else is better or worse, all I can tell you is that the QED/DTA combo is ace!

If your serious about putting throttle bodies on your car then get the SBD TP208 kit. You get everything you need including ECU & engine loom. Its pricey but well worth it. You can run the car on the map you get with the kit but its not great. So you may want to factor in a remap in to that. The TP208 kit uses the tapered throttle bodies.
