but iwas just wondering whats actully needed to do a track day?

yep, its in the Track club forum, in the circuit and trackday guides section.

If youve tried and failed to look at it, i had the permissions all screwed up, but ive sorted it now lol.

already signed up so i shouldnt have a problem viewing them

7. After a few hot laps you may decide to come back in, dont just come straight back in and park up. Do a steady final lap off of the race line, without using the brakes if possible and cruise back into the pit area. Once parked up do not apply the handbrake

Can somebody explain why to me please :) only thing on the page i dtn understand

if you pull off the track without a cooloff lap and pull on the handbrake, you'll most likely seize the drums on, plus allowing for the engine to recover and get some cooler water around it always helps longevity.
