Carb setup? Fuel mixture screw in particular!

i need to set my carb up best i can, can someone give me a rough idea on how to do this? Preferably with pics! Oh and where is the fuel mixture screw?

get it on a gas analyser to get it right... if you look in a haynes manual they'll tell you where the mixture and idle screws are
