My daily driver has a ford stereo fitted.
Yesterday I bought a new battery and fitted it in the bay.
Obviously the stereo has now reset itself and is asking for the code.
I've dug out the card with the four digit number on and tried inputting the code in using the preset station buttons as per the instructions... however when I press number 5 to enter the code it says incorrect code.
I'm assuming that some mug at ford has thought it would be a laugh to write down the wrong code.
So the challenge is for anyone out there who knows a Ford technician or is one to get my stereo working again. As I'm pissed off with having to sing to myself. :(
