how low can u go with a mk1 4 door saloon on cavi gsi wheels?

well my mk1 2 door saloon is lowered 60mm on 17's and my mk2 4 door will be getting slamed on 17,s with coilovers so you,ll definately be able to lower yours 60mm with no problems hope this helps

cant i go even lower on 15's? my mates got 80 on bk end of 3 doors sr with 15's

try it, slam it as low as it will go and move it up untill it moves !!! you could go as low as you want as long as your prepared to start hacking away at anythink that catches !!

Im assuming your 4 door saloon has the round arches, as opposed to the box arches that 3 door hatches have? I have a 5 door harch with round arches lowered 40mm and it doesn't even look lowered! I could definitely go another 40mm, although it would corrupt the handling.
