i woudnt use a F15 either to be honest. Ones i would use are f16, F18, F20

GSI/GTE rad is best, but all OHC nova ones work.

An F13 will fit, a local laddo had one in his Nova with an XE, think he had to do a bit of bodging to get it on tho, also had to mix & match flywheels / clutchs to get it to work, was quick off the mark but topped out at about 120 mph !!
Not worth the hassel tho, stick an F20 on there.
Any 1.2 / 1.4 / 1.6 rad will do the job.

how many times a week does he change the box?

This was about 9 - 10 year ago, and as far as i know the box stayed in one piece ... think it was on the go for a good couple of years as well !!!!

use a 1.6 gte/gsi rad. and if ure goin for acceration f16 is wat u want im gunna be using f20 cause u would be goin on the motor way at 1 point
