is this a straight swap into a nova bay? or do i need new mounts etc etc like the LMF conversion kit? ive got a calibra for a doner car also what exhaust manifold do i use and shaft need to no asap

exactly the same as the 2lt 16v fitting wise. Personally i would fit that 16v to start with.

You use the 2lt manifold then modify that to fit the nova exhaust

IIRC, you dont need any new mounts, juts cut the one out of the donor car, the mount on the lhs beside the Rad, and weld it in your engine bay. Drives, you'll need either GTE or TD items from the Nova and Cav Mk2 1.6l Inner CV joints to fit in the box.

Everyone says go for the XE, but the SEH is a Class engine. Its a joyriders favourite over here and thats saying something. They take mounds of abuse, are cheap as chips and never hard to find. Go for it!!

im swapping my seh for a xe as the seh spun a shell lol
the seh can be fitted with std shafts which will save money or you could do it with the proper shafts which will be stronger.
what box is on the car now?

thanks lads i carnt find a decent XE engine so i thought i might aswell put my SEH engine into it theres nowt wrong with it still like brand new im thinking of buyin the conversion kit from LMF it comes with mounts, shafts, lower tie bar kit and green cotton filter, fittin guide and wire diagram all for 365 quid all advice is helpfull

ive got a 1ltr nove freg and wantin t put a 2ltr 8v in it next year would i need wiring loom and every thing else
if so id be better buyin a cav and usin everythin out of that?
